Shipping

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. First Class and Priority Mail are the standard shipping methods. Express Mail is also available by special request.

When requesting Express Mail services, please consider these guidelines:

·You must call us and see if we're available to drop off your package since we do not ship on a daily basis.
·Express Mail Rates begin at $17.50 for Domestic 1 pound shipments.
·Express Mail does NOT guarantee overnight arrival to all US locations. Please check with USPS prior to ordering.

We process orders once a week, so please allow 1-5 business days after placing your order for us to package and ship.

Domestic Customers may be billed additional charges when the package weight requires proration above the initial shopping cart shipping rates.

International Customers will be billed in addition to the initial charges calculated by the shopping cart to cover the extra costs of shipping outside of the US. We will contact you via email prior to shipping to advise you of the additional charges required.

If you have completed your order using the PayPal option and additional charges are required to ship your package, we'll notify you via email prior to shipment to arrange for the additional charges.


Warranty Returns and Repair Services

All avionics products come with a one year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please email or call prior to sending in a product for warranty service. All warranty returns must include a copy of your original sales receipt. We will return your product post paid via 1st class mail.

Repair services are available for all avionics products out of warranty. Please include all pertinent contact information so we can reach you regarding the nature and extent of the repair service required. All products returned for repair must either include a valid credit card number (Visa/MC) or phone contact info so we can obtain your billing data. No units will be returned until satisfactory payment arrangements have been made.

Please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for all warranty and repair services.
