All sales are final.
We don't issue refunds.
Our Web Store requires a minimum $20.00 purchase.

We accept all major credit cards or PayPal thru our Web Store PayFlow Gateway.  Hawaii residents are also subject to a 4.712% General Excise Tax on all purchases.

Shipping and Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Flat Rate Priority Mail is our standard shipping method. Express Mail is  available only by special request via email.  Express Mail does NOT ensure overnight arrival to all US locations.   USPS Priority Mail also requires a minimum of 3 to 5 days transit time.

We generally process orders at least once a week, so please allow at least a week after placing your order for us to package and ship.  Missile Works is not a full-time venture, and like you we have day jobs.  Please allow us this latitude.

Warranty and Repair

All avionics products come with a one year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please email prior to sending in a product for warranty service. We will return your product post paid via 1st class mail.  Repair services are available for all avionics products out of warranty. Please email up front to arrange for initial triage evaluations.
